PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an Application to the Amherst City Council for the Establishment of an Amherst Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council and available for inspection by the public during regular business hours. A public hearing regarding this application shall be held on May 8, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers.

The above Public Notice for a Public Hearing for DORA will be published on April 26, 2023 and May 3, 2023 as required by law.
