Pool Rules and Regulations
- Wrist bands will be given upon payment and must be worn at all times while inside the pool area. Upon leaving your band will be removed and you will be unable to re-enter.
- No personal belongings such as coolers, chairs, toys, etc. will be permitted.
- The Ohio Department of Health 6’ social distancing guidelines must be followed at all times. Traffic patterns set in the concession stand area will be enforced.
- Be respectful of those around you.
- All swimmers must wear a conventional type bathing suit. All suits must have a liner.
- Swimmers who have justifiable reason may wear clean, white, short-sleeved t-shirts.
- Swim diapers must be worn by anyone who is diaper dependent.
- Water balloons, water wings, and beach balls are prohibited.
- Lost and found will only be kept for two weeks from date found.
- Food and refreshments must be eaten in the concession area. There is no eating in the pool area.
- Chewing gum and glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Personal radios must be kept at a volume as not to disturb other patrons.
- No alcohol is permitted in the pool area and persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be admitted to the pool.
- Profane language and gestures are prohibited.
- No public display of affection.
- All children 10 years of age and younger must be accompanied, at all times, by a responsible person who is 16 years of age or older.
- No running in the pool area.
- Swimmers are not permitted to run and jump into the pool. They must stand at the edge of the pool facing forward to jump.
- Do not jump over, upon, or near a person who is in the pool.
- Do not push anyone into the pool.
- Pushing and wrestling are not permitted in the pool area.
- Do not hang on the ropes.
- No excessive splashing of other swimmers.
- No flips from the side of the pool.
- No dunking, throwing, or climbing on one another.
- Adult swim will be held every hour from 45 minutes past the hour until the top of the hour. Only persons age 18 years of age and older may swim during this designated time period. The pool manager reserves the right to request a valid I.D.
- During adult swim, an adult may accompany one child under the age of THREE. The child must be in arms reach at all times.
- During adult swim, children must stay behind the white line surrounding the pool.
- Diving is only permitted from the diving board on the deep side of the ropes. All dives must be straight out; no double bouncing or inward dives. In all other areas, swimmers must jump in feet first.
- Divers must wait for the diving area to be clear of other swimmers before they begin their dive.
- No climbing on the guard chairs or using the guard’s equipment.
- Patrons are not to socialize with the lifeguard while on duty.
- Playing in the restroom and shower area is prohibited.
- No personal phone calls or messages will be taken at the front desk. EMERGENCIES only.
- Swim lesson participants and parents who decide to stay for the day must present a pool pass or pay the daily rate.
- No pets are permitted in the facility or inside the gate area.
- Chaise lounge chairs are for adults age 18 and over.
- NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN OUT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
