The Cities of Amherst and Lorain are proposing to rehabilitate the concrete pavement on Cooper Foster Park Road from North Main Street to 450’ west of Sharondale Drive. The rehabilitation will consist of isolated concrete slab replacement, partial depth pavement repair, and diamond grinding. The work will also include curb ramp replacement, areas of sidewalk installation, and installation of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon at Meadowview Lane.

The project will be constructed entirely within the public right-of-way. Traffic will be maintained during construction. Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2027.
